  2. Place your Order
    Book online, or you can contact one of our friendly representatives via phone, email, online chat or whatsapp.
  3. Order Confirmation
    We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours (but usually earlier!).  If in the situation that an items is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest alternate items which are available.
  4. Pay Online
    Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice via email/sms for easy online payment.  Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.  Contact us directly should you wish to pay cash on delivery.
  5. Sanitisation and Safety
    Our Child Passenger Safety Certified technicians inspect each item of equipment extensively, and every item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after each rental.
  6. Delivery
    We offer a range of delivery services to your home, hotel, office and even airport locations.  Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.
  7. Collection
    When your holiday comes to an end, we collect the equipment and
    refund your security deposit.
