1Why Skytots.com?

2Can I be assured of high quality baby and kids gear ?

Absolutely! Our range of baby and children equipment meets strict safety requirements, is in excellent condition and goes through a thorough cleaning and sterilization process after each and every hire. We wouldn’t send out anything we wouldn’t want to receive ourselves!

3How is your equipment cleaned?

We pride ourselves on cleanliness! All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with our 5-step cleaning process. All of our car seats, strollers, fabrics and linens are thoroughly cleaned with Ecover natural plant friendly cleaning products. We also steam clean all our products before and after each use to ensure you with only the cleanest equipment. We wouldn’t send out anything we wouldn’t want to receive ourselves!

4How far ahead should I place an order?

It is always best to place your order as soon as you know your travel dates. This way items are reserved and guaranteed. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, you can always do so.

Please note that we offer same day delivery services only when our schedule permits.

5Do you install car seats?

Unfortunately we do not install car seats. However, within each car seat product listing, we have provided user manuals and instructional videos on how it’s done. We are also very happy to assist and guide you through the process.

6What if I need something not on your site?

Sometimes have equipment which we have not yet loaded onto our website, so please ask! We always do our best to accommodate our clients requests as best as we can.

7Will you set up my crib rental?

Yes we will be glad to do this for you. If you will not be there for drop off it is very simple to do yourself and we have provided user manuals and instructional videos on all our cot rental listings.

8Are your products safe?

Safety is our primary concern. All of our products are up to date and meet all safety standards. Products are checked after each use and are replaced as needed.

9Can I pick up my equipment?

Yes, we prefer to make appointments for pick up and colection. Our depot is located in Al Quoz 4 and you can find us on google maps!

10What happens after I make my booking online?

Once you complete your online booking request, we will process it within 24 hours (but generally faster!) and provide you with an order confirmation. However, if your requested item is not available, we will get right back to you with suggestions for an available option. Once everything is confirmed and you are happy, we will forward you an invoice and email/sms an online payment link. Payment is required to confirm your order. We can accept COD if you are present at the time of delivery, but we kindly request for you to have the correct amount as our drivers have limited change.

11How can I be assured of your delivery on the day?

We will contact you by whatsapp, sms or phone before delivery to reconfirm all details. If you have any time limitations, please do let us know so we can work around your schedule. Should you request advance bookings, we can have all items pre-delivered and set up for you upon your arrival so you can make use of the equipment straight away.

12Do you deliver to Hotels?

We are pleased to offer delivery services to hotels, most of which are happy to accept deliveries in advance of guest arrival. However, some hotels have a strict policy on accepting parcels before a guest has checked in.

If you would like us to deliver to your hotel before you have checked in, please ensure you have fulfilled our requirements:

  1. Email the hotel to notify them of our delivery
  2. Ensure you have provided us with the correct booking name for the hotel reservation.

Upon your departure, please leave all the rented equipment with concierge under “Skytots” to allow quick collection.

13What is your minimum hire period?

Our minimum hire period is 3 days for most products, unless otherwise stated. Please state the dates you wish to hire the items for and you will be invoiced accordingly.

Please note any early returns upon your own choice after the commencement of hire will not be entitled to any refund.

14Is there a bond/security deposit?

Yes we require a refundable deposit on all hire items. This covers against loss, damage or non return of items. If the equipment is returned to us in the same conditioned it was hired out to you then you will receive a full refund. Refundable security deposit is to be paid at the same time as your hire items. The refund is processed after the products have returned to our warehouse, and take 3-7 days to be refunded back to the card used for payment.

15What about delivery costs?

We offer complimentary delivery and collection services within Dubai for orders over AED300. For orders less than AED300, we charge AED21 each trip for delivery within Dubai city limits. For more information, please see our Delivery Policy

16How do I pay?

We provide the following options:

  1. Payment in advance by credit or debit card
  2. Payment in advance by Paypal (please note a 4% service fee will be
  3. added)
  4. Payment at the time of delivery by credit or debit card
  5. Payment at the time of delivery by cash – please have the correct cash as our drivers have limited cash on hand.
17What is your Cancellation Policy?

We are parents, and we know that sometimes life gets in the way, whether it be sickness or just a change in plans.  You can cancel your order at anytime by emailing us at hello@skytots.com. However, please bear in mind that all our gear is booked by reservation only, and once booked, your requested equipment is removed from our available equipment list, this makes it unavailable for other clients.  Therefore, we have some fees in place to compensate us for the time the equipment is not available. Our fees for cancellation are as follows:

  • A non refundable administration fee of AED50 will applicable on any order that is cancelled.
  • Cancellation more than 7 days prior to delivery date will receive full refund less administration fee.
  • Cancellation 7-3 days prior to delivery date, will receive 50% refund less administration fee.
  • Cancellation within 2 days of delivery date will not be refunded.
18Does the price include Tax and Service charge?”

Yes, we comply with the UAE Government mandate and all our prices include 5% Value Added Tax.
